Givatayim Theatre is an elegant building on the corner of Hashalom Rd. and Yitzhak Rabin Rd., within the public campus formerly known as Jabra and currently called the Vered campus, was awarded the 1996 Rechter Prize for Architecture and has been highly praised for its impressive architectural structure. The Post Constructivist style of the building was designed by architects Bracha and Dr. Michael Chayutin. The luxurious and spacious halls and foyers, designed for the enjoyment of visitors, create a pleasant and cultural atmosphere. The building was inaugurated in July 1998 and since 1999 Givatayim Theatre has been a dynamic center of art and culture. |
